Return & Exchange

Instructions and conditions provided in this section is only applicable to non-defective items. For return and exchange of defective items, please refer to our Warranty section.

  • Subjected to availability, you can exchange your purchased items in the following cases:
    • Exchange for bigger or smaller size
    • Exchange for different color of the same design
    • Exchange for different design with the same or higher price (you will be obligated to pay the price difference)
  • The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
    • Clearance items
    • Worn or damaged items
    • Custom-made items
  • We will not be responsible for the following cases:
    • Items are lost during return shipping.
    • Items are damaged during return shipping.
    • Delay of returned items due to your choice of return shipping option
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned items are carefully and securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We also advise you to send your returned items via Registered Air Mail or any other trackable shipping option to avoid any loss and/or delay of the returned items.
  • The shipping fee incurred in the original shipment is not refundable. You will also be responsible for all the expenses incurred in returning the purchased items and (in the case of exchange) the shipping fee of the items you’re exchanging to.
  • If you wish to return/exchange your purchased items, you must submit your return/exchange request to sales@klas-sylph.com within 7 days from the date the items arrive at your shipping address. In the email, you must (1) quote your order number, (2) specify the items you wish to return/exchange, and (3) provide reason(s) for submitting your request. If your items are eligible for return/exchange, you must return the items back to us within 14 days from the date the eligibility of your items has been confirmed.
  • The exchanged items will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive the returned items in undamaged conditions from you.
  • We reserve the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange request for any reason without prior notice.
  • If there is any dispute, our decision will be final.
